Technical and strategic leadership in the operation of one of the largest hydroelectric plants in Brazil. I was responsible for managing the migration of a massive supervisory system (150,000 points) to Elipse Power. In addition to automation, I structured and led the implementation of calibration laboratories, maintenance plans (PCM) focused on MTTR reduction and availability increase, and highly resilient intelligent backup systems.

Leadership of the critical infrastructure front for 31 substations and 3,000 km of transmission lines. I implemented robust network architectures and strict Cybersecurity policies based on the NIST framework, ensuring the protection and integrity of operational data (SOC/SIEM). I fully manage essential telecommunications contracts and links (MPLS) for teleassistance and ONS regulatory obligations.

Acted as Project Specialist in innovation initiatives (R&D). I led the full development of the SCADA system (Elipse) and control logic (GE Fanuc) for UHE São Salvador (243 MW). I was also responsible for the commissioning, panel validation, and communication for the Mineirão Stadium Solar Energy project (1,420 kWp), as well as executing hybrid projects involving GPRS/Wireless telemetry for transformer monitoring and SHP automation.
